1. With which shipping service providers will the goods be shipped?
We provide Worldwide Shipping by FedEx. If customer need other shipping ways, Pls contact us. We also have the third forwarding company to cooperate to get the best economical shipping price for customer choice. We are welcome that customer use their express shipping account or courier to ship the goods.
2.How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the destination and will be communicated to you in the shipping confirmation. After handover to the shipping service provider, we have no influence on the exact delivery date. To track the shipment, use the tracking code in the shipping confirmation. Regularly, If customer accept our FedEx shipment, You can track the information in our platform with www.track718.com website.
3.SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier.

6.What can I do if an item of the order is missing or arrives damaged?
Please check the goods delivered by us as soon as possible to detect any defects. If something is missing or there is damage, contact us immediately and we will initiate a claim including inspection/repair of the items and a credit note if necessary.
